Refund Policy

At TSdungeon, we strive to provide every adventurer with a memorable and immersive experience. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please review our refund policy below:

Cancellations

  • 48 Hours or More Before Booking Time:
    If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled adventure, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • 24-48 Hours Before Booking Time:
    Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Before Booking Time:
    Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your adventure at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a small administrative fee of £10.

No-Shows

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled adventure without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact us at booking@tsdungeon.com. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
